Bereavement Support
If you are reading this, something in you may already know that you don’t have to carry your grief alone.
Bereavement can leave people feeling unsteady, isolated, or unsure where to turn.
Friends may mean well but not know what to say. Family may be grieving in ways that don’t match your own. What is often missing is a quiet, reliable space where you can speak honestly—without being hurried, analysed, or fixed.
I offer one-to-one bereavement support, either in person or online, for those who would value that kind of space.
This is personal, confidential support, shaped around you. There is no set programme and no expectation that you arrive with clarity or words. Some sessions are conversational; others are slower and more reflective. We may speak about the person who has died, about the impact of their absence, or about what grief has unsettled in your inner life. We go at your pace.
This support is suitable whether your loss is recent or long past, expected or sudden, publicly recognised or quietly endured. You do not need to be religious, emotionally articulate, or “ready” in any particular way.
If something here resonates, you are warmly invited to get in touch. An initial conversation can help you sense whether this support feels right for you, with no pressure or obligation. Sometimes the first step is simply being met with care and taken seriously.
You don’t have to know exactly what you need to begin—only that you would like some support as you find your way forward.
